Best wishes for your campaign for an enquiry. I agree that the GLA enquiry seemed to turn up a lot more information than any government response.

Hi Rachel, I read your story in Grazia magazine - I'm full of admiration for you and the other survivors and will be thinking of you on Friday. Good luck with all that you do.

Rachel, you determination, sincerity and stamina [against all odds] are an inspiration to every Briton -- and to all those fellow truth seekers with whom we share this small but precious planet.

Sooner or later, the ordinary people WILL be heard. They'll make themselves heard -- in whatever ways it takes.

Heh, spot. I sort of go by Obsolete, or Simon, although I sure don't mind.

All the best.

I saw the article in the Mirror today and it is good that people are still pressing the government for an inquiry.

It happened in America, so our government should give in one day as long as there are hard working campaigners.

Keep it up!

David

The calls for an inquiry are reaching a crescendo. I only hope the Government will now listen.

Fingers crossed

I've just come here from obsoletes blog. If you want read my post on that as well. Rachel, as a citizen of the UK, where enquiries seem to be two a penny I cannot believe that we actually have to ask for one into the July attacks. What are we coming to? Good luck with the campaign. I back u whole heartedly. Actually I'm so outraged at the prospect of no enquiry that I will do a post on my in the next few days. I will put the link to your blog in it and will blogroll you too. Godspeed with everything, you are an inspiration. Pippa

Since you are offering people a second chance, I will try again (although I don't believe my previous attempt to post this contained any personal abuse, nor was it anonymous).

Amnesty International state that any public inquiry will be a sham until the Public Inquiries Act of 2005 is repealed.

Do you agree, or would you be satisfied with an inquiry under the terms of that Act?

7/7 inquiry must be independent, transparent and have a comprehensive remit. Everything the 9/11 commission was not. As a campaign is there a mechanism to test the opinion of supporters as to the nature of any inquiry?

Thanks very much for the support everyone. Ian, as you are part of the 'British 9/11 Truth movement, ' and a committed conspiracy theorist, I doubt any inquiry will satisfy you, but as I and most people are not of the opinion that 9/11 and 7/7 were psy-ops by the New World Order/Lizards/Mossad/ etc, we will have to agree to disagree.

No, there is a slightly more rational explanation.

I've signed the petition: not that it'll make a jot of difference.

But later on when "Liar, Liar, Poodlepants on fire" finally gets evicted from the Big Brother house in Nr 10, we might still be able to rub his nose in it...

Thanks for the reply and allowing my post to be posted but you don't actually answer the question.

I recall that you see the 9/11 commission as some kind of model for a 7/7 inquiry. Not a view I share obviously and so I'm concerned that the campaign will support a very limited inquiry that fails to ask the tough questions.

My question is whether the campaign has a mechanism by which it will test opinion amongst its supporters
